How to Solve VLC Subtitle Delay Issue?

Q: "Hi,  I was wondering if you guys ever encountered this. It's the first time it happens, I'm watching a show but for each episode, the subtitles get out of sync with VLC gradually, I need to manually add about 1sec every... 20 seconds maybe. Any suggestion?"

Tip: You can also use "G/H" key to sync VLC subtitle. Press "H" key to delay the VLC subtitle. Press "G" key to speed up the VLC subtitle. You can hit these keys on keyboard to make the VLC subtitle perfectly sync with the video.
