Step 1. Add Blu-ray movies

Place the disc from the BD drive, launch the Blu-ray Ripper for JRiver Media Center. and then click "disc" button to import Blu-ray movies into the program. DVD discs, ISO and IFO files are also supported.

Step 2. Specify output format

Click Format (located below where your DVD or Blu-ray's files are displayed). You can choose any one according to the supported video format of JRiver Media Center.

Tips: With the right settings you can retain the quality of the original Blu-ray while also saving space. This is particularly helpful when streaming over your network, depending on your network quality. Simply click Settings bar and you can tweak the settings to your satisfaction and even save it as preset. Remember the file size and video quality is based more on bitrate than resolution which means bitrate higher results in big file size, and lower visible quality loss.

Step 3. Start ripping Blu-ray movies

After above settings, click the big Convert button to start to convert Blu-rays. As soon as the conversion is done, simply click Completed to back to main interface, and click Open button to find generated videos. You can transfer them your an external hard drive and add them to JRiver Media Center for playback.
